According to AS, Navas is a summer transfer target for Liverpool. But to sign this bright talented right winger is likely to meet a fierce resistance. 

First was the bidding. Liverpool prepared €17 million which falls well short of the €60 million stipulated in Navas' buyout clause. Second was Liverpool didn't qualify to Champions League, while Sevilla did. Navas is also proved to be much easily to be homesick.

Another transfer target by Benitez believed was the British guy. Benitez said, "We have tried to bring in British players with the right mentality and the passion for the club. "We want them to know what it means to play for Liverpool Football Club. "Shelvey is an addition like that. We are trying to do what is best for the club. We have a long-term plan in place and we try to follow that." Some said that the target was Carlton Cole who performed well this season. Some said that the target was Joe Cole. Cole also praised by Stevie G that Cole has a good handling like Messi or Ronaldo.

The other report was about Masch's news. Mascherano believed to considered moved to Barca. Because of his wife and children. Mascherano revealed he is still finding it difficult to settle in England, and admitted his wife is having problems adjusting to life in England.  “What kills me about living in Liverpool is that there are only two Argentinians here with me, Emiliano Insua and Maxi Rodriguez. “I have no problem living in Liverpool, but I think my wife and daughters deserve to enjoy every day to the full and live their lives – but they have to be at home all day. “My wife doesn’t speak a word of English, so she depends 100% on me. I live here with them. That’s my world, that’s my life.”

Navas? He is top quality. But I don't think he will come to Anfield. Better optimizing to sign Joe Cole. Cole is also free now while Navas at least needs €20 millions. And just don't sign Carlton Cole, West Ham wants to much from him. Expensive and useless player ! Just use the money to buy Carlton to try sign a good defensive midfielder to replace Masch. Miguel Veloso the intelligent midfielder from Portugal or sign Defour. They still young and has a potential to be a star.
