Dalglish may be appointed as a manager with Ian Rush as assistant.
According to The Daily Mirror report, Liverpool could be appoint Dalglish as temporary manager over the summer to replace Benitez. Dalglish would ready for temporary basis, whilst Rush, would be a temporary assistant for him. Both of them now working on ambassadorial duties on Liverpool.
Liverpool Chairman Martin Broughton, is believed to be frustrated with Benitez refusal for a firm commitment yet, and have reportedly set a deadline for it.
Broughton also looking for the new owner for the club. This situation would also make nearly impossible to appoint a full time successor for Benitez.
